Clubhouse

The Wynbrooke Community Clubhouse is available for residents and non residents to rent for parties and social activities. The seating capacity is approximately 60. If you would like to rent the clubhouse you can do so online. Please review the online Rental Agreement document before submitting your reservation. The swimming pool area is not available for rental. 

 

Pool

Monday - Sunday 9:00 am - 9:00 pm

Your community pool is for the exclusive use of Homeowners who are current on HOA dues and fees.  All persons using the pool and pool areas do so at their own risk and sole responsibility.  The Association and/or management do not assume responsibility for any accident or injury in connection with such use. Please observe these and other posted rules for an enjoyable pool season.

  • Entrance to the pool area is by a security pool pass card only. Loss  cards may be replaced for a fee.
  • No person under the age of 18 may enter the pool area alone or swim alone without adult supervision.
  • No fighting, disorderly conduct or vandalism or similar conduct is permitted within the pool.
  • Disposable swim diapers are not allowed in the water; cloth diapers covered by protective plastic pants or a plastic swim diaper must be worn at all times while in the pool.
  • No horseplay, running jumping and boisterous conduct is permitted.
  • Standing, jumping, or sitting on any "rope" barrier, or removal of the barrier is not permitted.
  • No abusive or profane language or breach of the peace will be tolerated.
  • Loud music is not permitted. 
  • Smoking is not permitted.
  • The pool gate shall not be left propped open for others to enter at any time during operation hours.

Tennis Courts

Pursuant to the authority vested in the Board of Directors of the Wynbrooke Community Association, by the bylaws the following tennis court rules and regulations shall govern the conduct and operation of the tennis courts:

  • Courts are for the exclusive use of Homeowners in good standing of Wynbrooke Community Association. Guests of Homeowners may use the tennis courts provided that the homeowner is present on the same court with his or her guest at all time.
  • Please be mindful of other players are waiting, and relinquish your court after an hour if others are waiting, unless the court has been reserved.
  • At lease one court must always be available for non-league play or practice.
  • Courts are for the play of tennis only.
  • Homeowners’ children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a person over the age of 16 in order to play.
  • Regulation tennis shoes are required.
  • No animals or food are allowed on the courts. Water and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted, provided that they are in non-breakable plastic containers.
  • All trash is to be placed in designated trash bins upon leaving the courts. If cans are full, take items with you. Do not leave large boxes or containers that won’t fit into cans.
  • Please return all benches to their original positions inside court.
  • Generally accepted standards of tennis etiquette and decorum shall be observed, including but not limited to shirts being worn.
  • Cell phones should not be used on the courts in a manner that can cause annoyance to other players.
  • Homeowners may bring tennis coaches onto the courts in order to teach homeowners and their guests only. The homeowner must be present on the courts at all of these times. Coaches must abide by the rules of the Association and may be banned from the courts if they fail to comply.
  • Violation of the rules by a homeowner, a relative of a homeowner, a Lessee of a homeowner or a guest of a homeowner may result in suspension of the homeowner’s tennis court privileges and/or a monetary fine  assessed against the homeowner.
